Grilled Cedar-Planked Salmon

I'm a bit of a recipe hound. (Don't tell anyone this, but I subscribe to more cooking magazines the hunting ones!) Anyways.... I love salmon and I'm always in the search of something easy with only a few ingredients needed. So here's what the cook calls for in ingredients:   1 Untreated cedar plank (14x7x1 inch)1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing1/4 Cup  finely chopped fresh parsley1/4 Cup  finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes1 Tbsp.  oil1 Salmon fillet (2 lb.), 1 inch thick And for the process: 1) Immerse plank in water, topping with a weight to keep it submerged.
