Original recipe makes 4 servings 1 pound ground venison1 tablespoon brown sugar8 saltine crackers, crumbled1 egg, beaten1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion flakes1/4 teaspoon ground thyme1 dash cinnamon1 dash paprika3 tablespoons ketchup1 tablespoon brown sugar Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
