Frabill Tip up

Frabill Tip up

I purchased two tip-ups for a tournament I was invited to by a friend. Me not being a big pike fisherman I needed to purchase some for the event. Knowing I don’t use them much I didn’t want to spend a lot on them. So when I saw the price $6.99 I figured they would work just fine. After I got them home I spooled the line and was impressed with how sturdy they were build, didn’t anticipate that for the price. I wanted to try the round design to help keep the holes from freezing .

Over all the design was good easy set up and tear down and stow nicely in a 5 gallon bucket.

Price was very economical. Seems to be a sturdy built unit, should last for many seasons. Now the fishing on the other hand, let’s just say “Go big or go home” well sometimes you just go home.
