Honey Lime Salmon
-1/2 C. Veg oil
-Juice of one lime
-2 tbsp. Honey
-2 tbsp. Chopped Cilantro
-1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
-salt and pepper
serving for 1 to 1 1/2 steaks or fillets.
Rinse and pat dry 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. of salmon fillets or steaks.
- Reserve 1/4 cup marinade for basting on grill.
- Soak in remaining marinade for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Grill it and brush with remaining marinade.
