Kamik® Snowshield Pac Boots

Kamik® Snowshield Pac Boots
Do your feet get cold while ice fishing or snow blowing? Mine for sure do. I have been looking for a Pac Boot that would keep my feet warm. I have poor circulation in my feet, so it doesn't take much for them to get cold. Once my feet get cold, it's game over. I received these boots as a gift this past christmas and I have put them to the test. They pass! My feet have gotten cold in every other pair of boots I have. I hate wearing thick heavy socks because they restrict my toes. With these boots...

Eskimo Fatfish 949i

Eskimo Fatfish 949i
Eskimo Fatfish 949i I had been looking for a nice hub-style fish house ever since they came out. I bet I looked at every brand that is out there. Every time I was near a sporting goods store I had to stop. I felt like a little kid because I had to go into every house. So then it was decision time. Do I get the Clam or the Eskimo? HOT SHOT Manufacturing VAPOR Thumb Release
The Hot Shot Manufacturing Vapor was first introduced in 2014. I have been shooting this release for almost a year. The Vapor comes in a 3 finger and 4 finger version. Most people think of a wrist strap release for hunting and a thumb release for target shooting. This is Hot Shots answer to a silent thumb release mainly directed towards bowhunting. Why not have a release that...

Velocity Archery Armageddon Crossbow Review

Velocity Archery Armageddon Crossbow Review
In the spring of 2014 I decided I wanted to get another crossbow to turkey hunt with and have for deer season in case I hurt my shoulder or it was very cold and I had to wear a lot of clothes which make shooting a compound difficult. After talking to friends and seeing "Velocity Archery" during some searches online I decided to check them out. I had never heard of Velocity Archery prior to the search I put on so I wanted to check them out well before committing to make that my choice. I went to the Velocity Archery...

Muddy Outdoors - Safety First!

Muddy Outdoors - Safety First!
I. Love. Hunting! It gives you smiles and can be shared with people you love! However, with hunting comes many dangers. Safety is of the upmost importance. I have recently purchased a new safety harness by Muddy Outdoors. My previous safety harness was from Hunter Safety System. I'm going to tell you the pros and cons of both. These are things I didn't know about the first time I purchased a harness. My HHS (Hunters Safety System) was very functional. It did its job. It had an easy way of snapping into place around your leg and the vest itself had two snaps in the...
