I received the insoles in December and was super excited to try them out on some cold hunts. The first time I took them out it was 34 degrees. I wore a pair or thermal socks and used the insoles and my feet stayed plenty warm. The next two occasions I used them was in 15 degree or lower temps. I was wearing 400-gram boots and somewhat thin socks as recommended in the instructions. My feet froze. Luckily I was able to get this new knife in time for my spring turkey hunting trip, I was able to dress out two birds quickly due to the extremely shard blade. I know dressing out two turkeys shouldn't dull a blade, but many knives would be dulled after cutting into just one bird. This wasn't the case with this knife; it's just as sharp now as it was out of the box. The only negative I found was that the sheath had Velcro on it.
