A Sight that takes it to the next level!

A Sight that takes it to the next level!
Coming from a long time bowhunter, "over four decades".  I've seen alot of changes in archery equipment, for the better! One item that I really have seen change in all kinds of configurations is the bow sight. Everthing from single-pin to three to six pin sights! Everyone seems to think theirs is the way to go! There are a lot of good sights out there and picking one would be a personal preference. One thing I've learned is to try to keep things simple. That is why I like HHA products. Shooting the one-pin sight gives me the simplicity on "picking the spot".  Not being confused...

U-Slide Bow Holder – Product Review

U-Slide Bow Holder – Product Review
So here is my latest purchase.  The U-Slide Bow Holder.  As you can see it serves several purposes.  Most archers and especially new archers will run into the issue of what to do with their bow when retrieving arrows.  Do you lean it against something trying to prop it up awkwardly risking that it falls over?  Stand it up on the cams?  Lay it on its side and risk moving the housing on your site.  There’s lots of scenarios for why I had to find a solution to this problem. This is the best solution I have found for long and...

The Sharper Image HD Action Cam

The Sharper Image HD Action Cam
I recently bought this little camera at Menards for $99.  It caught my eye because it looks alot like the Go Pro Camera that everyone is so crazy about. So I was curious to see what it was like. Especially with it being a lot more affordable than the actual Go Pro. It comes with a couple different kind of mounts including a helmet mount and bike mount. Which was nice because you have to buy the mounts seperately when you get the Go Pro. I used the bike mount to attach it to my stabilizer. It worked great! It also...

Hornady SST Slugs

Hornady SST Slugs
I have shot these slugs out of my 870 Express Magnum for the last 5 years. By far the best slug I have ever shot. Once you get dialed in they group awesome. It is fun shooting your slug gun 150-200 yards and having good groups. I sighted my gun in 4" high at 50 yards and it is dead on at 150 yards. I have harvested some awesome bucks with this product and never plan on changing. If your looking for a great slug too give you the extra edge this is the one, look no further. The pack a...

LaCrosse Alphaburly Pro 18" 1600gram

LaCrosse Alphaburly Pro 18" 1600gram
I got these great boots for the 2013 deer season up here in MN. I must say I love them. They definitly keep your feet warm during long cold all day sits. I sat for 11 hours on November 9th our MN gun opener for whitetail! My feet never got cold at all, not one bit! If you are looking for a boot thats warm I recomend these for sure. The only thing I wouldn't recomend them for is if you do a lot of walking. They are a little bulky. If you hunt like me and just sit for hours...
