HIPS ARCHERY TARGETS.

HIPS ARCHERY TARGETS.
We came across these targets by chance online and have found that for the money and for the quality they are the best targets we have come across. they come in all different sizes and have an image of your choice on them and in a smaller size like on the mule deer XD is 18 x 16 x 16 perfect for carrying around and tough enough to last for years. these targets are also great for broadhead and field points and for the aim small miss small saying.  I know there are many different targets out there and trust me...

Reinvention

Reinvention
I recently picked up a Jetboil system for packing into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. All that I can say is WOW! I love it! It has reinvented the traditional camp stove system in many ways. The Jetboil consists of four parts: The aluminum cup to hold water, the stove, stabilizer, and the fuel can. When disassembled they  fit conveniently inside the cup.  Weight is about 10-12oz. To boil water it takes a whole two minutes. You may purchase other parts like cooking pans for the stove. However, I have not tried those yet. It saves you time and the...

Frabill Tip up

Frabill Tip up
I purchased two tip-ups for a tournament I was invited to by a friend. Me not being a big pike fisherman I needed to purchase some for the event. Knowing I don’t use them much I didn’t want to spend a lot on them. So when I saw the price $6.99 I figured they would work just fine. After I got them home I spooled the line and was impressed with how sturdy they were build, didn’t anticipate that for the price. I wanted to try the round design to help keep the holes from freezing . Over all the design...

Toshiba

I have a Toshiba 4x23 milometer video camera. The camera is small and light weight and easy to pack for going into the woods hunting. It has great quality and sound. You also can buy HD chips for better pictures and videos. As your filming you can take still-shots and never loss a minute of filming.  It comes with a remote, great for when your hunting by yourself. Just mount the camera to a tree or your bow then use the remote to run the camera. We liked the camera so much that we went out and bought a Toshiba Satellite C855-S5214 laptop. It has great...

Eskimo Mako 43cc Ice Auger

Eskimo Mako 43cc Ice Auger
Eskimo has been making quality ice fishing gear for years now. They have a great reputation and their service is very good. So when it was time for me to get a new auger, it was a no brainer. I picked up the Mako 43cc and have been happy. At first glance you will notice that the powder coating and decals on the auger are done well. The handles and throttle are pretty well constructed, I see no problems with it bouncing and shifting around in the back of my truck or fish house. The handle on the rewind is big...
