Turkey Blind

Turkey Blind

With turkey season coming up, we need to start thinking what are game plan is to take the feathered creature! If your taking on the challenge of using a bow, I would recommend a blind made by, BARRONETT called "Big Mike". The ground blinds best feature is its tall, its made so you can make a standing shot! It has plenty of room for two hunters, good views any direction, on the downside, one thing I found out is, in using my 34 in. axle -axle bow, me being 6 ft. tall, the bow was to long, the result was it was rubbing the roof of the blind! So, you might want to using a shorter bow, say, 30-32 axle -axle. They also make "Big Mike XT" for taller hunters. You can find this at Gander Mountain, L&M Supply, Cabelas. its cost runs $150-$175 Staying out of view of Mr. Tom is to your advantage,so, give a try, bring home the "Bearded One''! ...................
